MBTA PASS PROGRAM

Employees utilizing the MBTA may purchase their monthly T-Passes through Community Resources for Justice. The cost of your pass will be deducted directly from your paycheck.

Employees who commute using local service (bus and/or subway) electing to participate in the program will be issued a reusable Charlie Card when they sign up for the program. At the beginning of each month the passes will be updated by the MBTA with the monthly value for that month.

Employees using the commuter rail service will be issued a new monthly Charlie Ticket each month for the month noted.

Orders are place with the MBTA in advance, to receive or cancel a Charlie Card/Charlie Ticket, your request must be received by the Human Resources department by the tenth (10th ) calendar day of each month. Changes made will affect the order for the coming month. To join the corporate T-pass purchase program complete and return this form to Benefits in the HR Department, no later than the tenth calendar day of the month for the coming month.

Your full deduction will be taken from the first paycheck of each month on a pre-tax basis up to the amount allowed by law.
