§  In order to defray administrative expenses to conduct Vocational Service projects, Rotary Club of Secunderabad West, seeks your personal or organizational support by portraying your Services or Products by filling up the following Form:
§  You may also use Visa / Master Credit Cards (both Indian & International) or debit to your Net Banking Account at http://www.rcsw.in to make online payment for the following mentioned sponsorships. You will then receive your online order number by email.
§  Individual / Organizations / Ad Freelancers / Agencies engaged in sourcing of sponsorships are entitled for reimbursement of facilitation charges, design and other expenses to a maximum extent of twenty percent of total amount received by our Club on such sponsorships. Reimbursement request shall be attached to this Sponsorship Form.
