Flash Cards for Periodic Table Elements:
- Use periodic table given for list of 62 elements for flash cards
- On one side of index card SPELL out element name CORRECTLY and put the atomic number. On our weekly quizzes, you will miss it if there is ANY mistake on the spelling!
- On the other side of the index card put the SYMBOL for the element name and atomic number on the front side. For ALL symbols you MUST observe the following on the flash cards AND all quizzes:
- ALL letters must be PRINTED and NO cursive. Some of you will have to change the way you PRINT certain letters. Use the type of print you see on the periodic table!
- If the symbol has only one letter, it MUST be PRINTED with a CAPITOL letter.
- If the symbol has two letters, the first letters MUST be PRINTED with a CAPITOL letter and the second letter MUST be PRINTED with a LOWER CASE letter.
- If you violate any of the above, you WILL miss on your weekly quizzes!
Reminder: Watch your letters on your symbols: Printing and proper capitalization / lower case are a must!
