We are Leisure Activities for Adults with Learning Difficulties we call ourselves LAAD. The principle aim of LAAD is to provide support to people aged 18 and over with learning difficulties to access leisure facilities in the community, make friends and most importantly to have fun.

Gym and Swim at your nearest Leisure Centre
Doing exercise 3 times a week can help you to stay fit and healthy.
Going swimming and / or to the gym can be fun and you can make new friends too.
If you would like to use the leisure centre but don’t have anyone to go with call Kate to register to find a buddy to go with.
It costs £3 for the gym and £1 for swimming

Course of 6 lessons followed by a tournament

The first lesson is 16th March and the tournament is on 27th April
