Registration is open now, and applications can be mailed, dropped off or e-mailed to Do NOT send money at this time. DEADLINE for submissions is May 15th, however space is limited, so please register early to be considered. Please allow 2 weeks for confirmation of acceptance to allow panel time to review. You will be notified by phone or e-mail. EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE. NO REFUNDS.

*Become a BAYarts Supporter at our $30 level and receive a reduced Booth Fee of $75 and lunch and volunteer booth coverage the day of the event. Indicate below if you would like to become a BAYarts Supporter or if you currently are.
*Trash receptacles will be provided by BAYarts and located throughout the grounds. Artists are responsible for removingalltrashatend ofdayandkeepingareacleanandsafeduringfestivalhours.
*AllrulesofClevelandMetroparksandBAYartsapply.Pleaserespectthegrounds,noalcoholpermitted.
*Set-upwillbeginonSaturdaymorningat 8:00am,noearlierexceptions.Set-upmustbecompletedby9:45 am. *Visitors arrive right at 10am.
