1 EXPLANATION
The mathematical basis for the data is the national coordinate system (Gauss-Krueger projection, Bessel ellipsoid).
In XDF files individual object types are located in separate layers, named according to the codes from the list of codes bellow for the 'type' attribute.
In SHP files the object are assigned one or several of the following attributes:
vrsta: object type code,
kot_zasuka: shift angle of a point object or inscription relative to the vertical line,
Figure 1: Description of values in the kot_zasuka’ attribute
ime: object name,
imeA: object name in ASCII code,
napis: inscription on the map,
velikost: Size of inscription in pica,
kategorija: settlement size category.
Names of SHP and DXF files are designated on the basis of the following object groups:
1000 MATHEMATICAL ELEMENTS
2000 SETTLEMENTS AND OBJECTS
3000 COMMUNICATION
4000 RELIEF
5000 HYDROGRAPHY
6000 LAND COVER
7000 BORDERS AND BOUNDARIES
8000 GEOGRAPHICAL NAMES
The suffixes to the SHP file names depend on the basic element of an individual object group:
_t points
_l lines
_p planes
_n inscriptions
In DXF format all objects belonging to one object group, regardless of the basic element, are recorded in a single file.
