Section 3: Payment Information

1. Please add up all the days and provide onepost-dated cheque for each month that your childis

registering for.

2. Cheques are to be dated for the 1st or 15thof each month (July 1stor 15th/ August 1st or15th).

Cheques are to be made out to “TASC”

3. There is an EXTRA FEE for four field trips this summer. Please add this fee to your paymentat

the end of your grand total for each month if applicable.These are:

a.Deep Cove (grades 4 and up only who will be Kayaking)

b.Playland (all children)

c.Pirate Tours(all children)

d. Cultus Lake Water Park (all children)

4. Registration forms will NOT be accepted without payment.

5. There will be no refunds given for missed days. However, with notice, you may switch to

another similarly priced day or pay the difference if required.

Section 4: Important Information

  1. Drop-ins are welcome throughout the summer as long as there is space available.Please call the centre to enquire about space for your child at least one day in advance.
  1. New families are required to fill out an emergency contact form upon registration. These will be available at TASC.
  1. Hours of operation for Summer Camp are from 8:00am – 5:30 pm daily. We close at 5:30pm daily. Please be sure to pick up your child by closing time each day. Late fees will apply for late pick up after 5:30pm.
  1. Please send your child withLunch, snack and a water bottledaily.
  2. Please send your child with a bathing suit, towel and hat daily.
  3. On out trip days, we will be leaving the centre at 10:00am unless otherwise noted.
  4. We are closed on July 1st, August7th, and September 1st.

* All families must submit Registration Forms and post dated cheques by Monday, June 12th at the very latest (this is required in order to finalize the number of children in attendance and to confirm our bookings).Please note that the earlier you get in your registration forms and payments, the better chance you will have getting a spot.
