NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
Sealed tenders for the following works are invited on percentage rate basis at Pak.PWD.Schedule of rate 2012 from the contractors registered with PEC, under (C-6 and above) for the year 2017-18. The tenders will be sold upto 05-12-2017 during office hours and will be received on 06-12-2017 upto 2.00 PM and to be opened on the same date at 02.30 PM in the office of the undersigned before the bidders/their authorized representative. The tenders can be purchased during working hour on any working day upto specified date against cash payment (non refundable) as mentioned below :-
The applicants shall be eligible to handle the following work and shall have valid registration in relevant Category CE-01, & CE-02.

NOTE:-
1. Un-contested tenders will be sold upto 12-12-2017 received and opened on 13-12-2017 on the same time and place. While all other terms & conditions will remain the same.
Other Terms and conditions:-
1. Tenders shall be sold only to the firms / contractors having valid upto-date Registration in relevant Cat from Pakistan Engineering Council as well as Income Tax Department (FBR).
2. The tender documents will not be issued to the contractor/ firms who are in dispute or litigation with any Government Department. An affidavit to this effect on judicial paper of Rs.50/- should be submitted with the application for tender issuance.
3. The tender shall be issued only to the authorized representative of the firm having legal Authority Letter / Power of Attorney. In case of firm, the applicant shall have to produce partnership deed duly registered with the court of law whereas in the case of a sole proprietor, the tender shall be issued only to the sole proprietor of the firm.
4. No tenders through e-mail, fax telephone, Telex would be entertained.
5. No tenders would be sold on the opening date.
6. Bid security in the shape of deposit at call / pay order in favour of Executive Engineer Central Civil Division Pak.PWD.Sialkot issued by any schedule Bank must be submitted along with the tender failing which the tender would be summarily rejected.
7. Any information regarding details of work, specifications and conditions etc, can be seen in the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours.
The competent authority may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
