Registration Fee: The Meeting Fee covers the cost of meeting materials, meeting coordination, conference facilities, coffee breaks, and some meals.

Cancellation Policy: Registrations can be transferred to another person. If you must cancel, notify Karen Millerby December 16, 2012, to receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee. There is a 50% fee for cancellation afterDecember 16, 2012.

HOTEL REGISTRATION

Hotel Registration is the responsibility of the Attendee. Conference and Hotel Registrations are separate. The Marriott Rivercenter is located at 101 Bowie, San Antonio, TX 78205USA. You must reference the AUGConference to reserve under the Conference room block. The AUG Steering Committee has secured a specialroom rate of $199 single/double (plus tax) and includes in-room internet. The room block deadline is December 16, 2012. After this date, rooms and rates are released and cannot be guaranteed. For hotel reservations, contact the Marriott Rivercenter Reservation Department directly at (800)266-9432 & refer to Code "AUG" or go online:

 SAN ANTONIOAIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Parking at the hotel is limited and very expensive. With the many restaurants and sights along the Riverwalk and within short walking distance, there is no need to have a car. A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost $20-$23 for up to four people, and the city operates a shuttle service between the airport and the downtown hotels which costs $18 one way ($32 round trip).
