Meeting Minutes- April 5th 2016
Call to order 7:00
Attendance: Char Kuchta, Jenn Heilman, Erin Jones, Amanda Rickelman, Steven Yalanty,
Jennifer Yalanty, Janess Heiden
Motion to accept meeting to start : Janess made first motion, Erin made second motion to start
Treasurer's Report: Balance is at 8819.98

BASKETBALL:
Season Over/ No main news to report
CHEERLEADING:
Sign ups May 2nd from 6-8pm BE small gym
Cheer camp/ Mid. June
Fundraiser- Scratch off cards .75cents - 3$ donation
FOOTBALL:
Sign ups May 2nd from 6-8pm BE small gym, New Jerseys this year/ Sports Rack- Name and #
Financial Asst. issue- Form (Janess to look into writing up new form)
All players qualifying for FA, must pay for all Jersey's needed for all sports
Tabled football camp's for now
Scotch Doubles bowling fundraiser May 7th at Ernest Lanes in Chardon
SOCCER:
Sign ups and open gyms are finished
Teams are as followed:
5 U6, 3 U8, 2 U10, 1 U12, 1 U14
Total of around 110 kids
Ordered and received more socks and Jerseys
Practices to start Next week April 11th
Games to start week of April 25th
Season ends June 4th
VOLLEYBALL:
No main news to report
WRESTLING:
Season Over
Qualified for State Meet in Columbus/ competed well overall
Wrestling camps to be announced possibly over summer
Kent State Main June 20th, more details to come
FUNDRAISING:
Notify Char at beginning of New Season to Post new Sign on FB page to promote sales for each sport for here on out!
Yard Signs available to be sold for all sports Restaurant % of sales
15$ one sided/20$ two sided 4$ to add. Childs name Jenn looking into candy sale info
Janess looking into multiple ideas for future fundraising ideas in the future Box of candy bars at BJ's
Pioneer water land, ZipCity, Sky Zone, Roller Skating Mally's fundraising
