RESOLVED -That the Minutes of the meeting held on 22 September2015 be approved as a true record of the proceedings.

ADJOURNMENT FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

The meeting was adjourned at 6.15pm to allow one member of the public to address the committee on planning application number 15/04559/FUL. Comments were made in support of this application.

The meeting was reconvened at 6.18pm.

2015/069(P)COMMENTS ON PLANNING APPLICATIONS

To consider and comment on planning applications with the Keighley Parish on Bradford Council planning portal.

The committee discussed and commented on the planning applications attached.

2015/070 (P)TO NOTE PLANNING APPEALS RECEIVED AND PLANNING APPEAL DECISIONS

To receiveplanning appeals received and Planning Appeal Decisions

  • Notice of Appeal – Mr Mohammed Yaseen – High Close, 31 Springfield Road, Keighley Proposal: Construction of detached dwelling. Reference Number APP/W4705/W/15/3070013. Appeal to be decided on written representations. Comments can be made, modified or withdrawn on previous representation.

The committee received and noted the above notice of appeal.

2015/071 (P)FOOTPATHS AND PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY

To bring forward details of any footpaths or public rights of way under threat of a planning application.

No site visits were arranged.

2015/073(P)PLANNING TRAINING

It was noted that the Clerk was unable to reserve places for members who expressed interest in the planning training session facilitated by YLCA, this was due to a high demand. Four places however had been reserved for the next session (YLCA to advise of dates).

2015/075(P)DATE OF NEXT MEETING

The date of the next committee meeting was scheduled forTuesday 03 November 2015, 6.00pm in the Brigg Room, KeighleyTown Hall. Members agreed to change the date to Tuesday 10 November 2015 as Planning meetings are held fortnightly.

There being no further business, the Chair closed the meeting at6.55pm.
