Dear Delta Sisters:

The 2015 Theta Province Convention is fast approaching. Please find enclosed the Registration Form and a letter describing the exciting events that Theta Zeta Chapter, Seymour, Indiana have planned for you. They hope to see as many Delta Sisters as possible at “The Small Town Experience” November 13-14-15 at the Holiday Inn Express in Seymour.

Please form a small committee to review the Province Standing Rules and Theta Province Convention Rules. Please submit any proposed revisions to the Standing Rules Committee Chairman by September30, 2015: Donna Justice, email address or mail to: Donna Justice, 1236 B Paradise Way N, Greenwood, IN 46143.

Any submissions for a Philanthropic Project need to be sent to the Chairman of the Philanthropy Committee by September 30, 2015: Nancy Cossairt, email address or mail to : Nancy Cossairt, 2024 Culbertson Rd, Shelbyville IN 46176. Please send charity name, contact name, address, and phone number. Give a description of what the charity does, or include a pamphlet with the information. Be sure there is someone from the charity that will be able to come to speak at convention. Please try to choose a charity that serves a large portion of Theta Province instead of a charity that serves a limited area.

Any Chapter wishing to nominate a ThetaProvince Chairman for 2016 should prepare a brief bio for the proposed candidate. Send nominations to Just think, you would have the opportunity to sit next to me at future Province Conventions for the next 9 years 

We will also need a Chapter or Chapters to volunteer to hostess the 2017Theta Province Convention. Please talk to your members about the prospect. It can be a great bonding experience for your chapter and lots of fun! If you are interested, please contact me at .

Please send the names of deceased members so that tribute may be given during the Memorial Service. The information should include name, date of death and membership status at time of death. Send to . The same information should be sent to National Vice President and Executive Secretary if that has not been done.
