b)Statement of fulfilling participation in procedure conditions.

d)Full technical documentation of offering equipment, containing all technical parameters specified in the Inquiry;

e)Power of attorney copy certified as true to the original by Manufacturer for person/people sign/signing offer to make commitments on behalf of Manufacturer tendering an offer, if enshrinement does not appear from other documents attached to it.*
