Notice for Participants
The Annual Parade 2015 cum Centenary Celebrations Kick Off will be held on 22nd November 2015 (Sunday) at Mong Kok Stadium. To maintain cheerful atmosphere and provide opportunities for girls of all sections to participate the celebration, we would like to recruit performers of Interactive Programme.
For interested Happy Bees, Brownies, Guides, Rangers and Golden Guides, please fill in the application form (http://goo.gl/forms/aKQ98x5YHY). The deadline is 2nd October 2015. The total number of participants is limited and admission is on first-come-first-served basis. For enquiry, please contact Ms Natalie Tsang at 2359 6887.

word formation) / -All participants must enroll in unit. The number of participants of a unit is not limited.
-As the total number of participants is limited, admission is on first-come-first-served basis.
-Each participant must prepare a
camp fire robe for performance.

Notice for Participants
Remarks：1. Happy Bees and Golden Guides do not need to attend the Practice Day and Rehearsal.
2. All Guides and Rangers of Interactive Programme must attend the Practice Day, rehearsal and final rehearsal. (Participants must report in unit and cannot be substituted by other unit.)
3. Brownies of Interactive Programme: on Practice Day, one unit guider must attend, bringing maximum 3 Brownies. All Brownies must attend rehearsal and final rehearsal. (Participants must report in unit and cannot be substituted by other unit.)
4. Restricted by the venue, all Guides and Rangers participants must be present at all the practice and rehearsal days. If any special circumstances arise, please submit a written application to the AP organizing committee.
5. Please check the latest news and admission list accordingly at http://ap.hkgga.org.hk/.
6. Wear outdoor uniform and bring campfire robe during practice, rehearsal and performance.
7. Please take note that a video clip of the Interactive Programme will be uploaded to the webpage of Annual Parade 2015 cum Centenary Celebrations Kick Off for further practice.
8. Prepare your own lunch on final rehearsal day.
9. For every practice, participants have to bring drinking water, appliances for sunny days and rainy days.
10. Rainy days arrangement: participants may wear a transparent raincoat when performing. For other practicing time, participants may wear their own raincoat. Light and plain colour is recommended.
