  • 10 games with a single elimination play-off for the top 4 teams
  • Medals given to League Champions

League will be limited to 8 teams and each team must have a minimum of 8 players. Schools may enter more than one team. Players can compete on one team only. Guest players are not allowed. Players will receive a uniform t-shirt on the first night of play.

Teams will play two matches consisting of two games every Tuesday from May 31st – June 28th. Times of games will be 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30. Championship Game on Thursday June 30th.

The cost for the league is $95.00 per player for all entry forms turned in before April 15, 2015. After April 15, the entry fee is $100.00 per player. All entry forms MUST BE TURNED IN BY APRIL 25TH and all entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. CHECKS SHOULD BE MADE PAYABLE TO BISHOP DUNNE CATHOLIC SCHOOL.

Attached you will find theentry form and waiver that must be returned with payment. Schedules will be emailed to all coaches by May 15th.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT IN CONSIDERATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN EXTRA-CURRICULAR EVENTS

In consideration for allowing my child, ______(“Student”) to participate in extra-curricular events, I hereby release and agree to fully and unconditionally protect, indemnify, and defend ______Bishop Dunne Catholic School______, the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas, and their respective officers, agents, and employees, (collectively, “Indemnitees”) and hold each Indemnitee harmless from and against any and all costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, claims damages, demands, suits, judgments, losses, or liability for injuries to property, injuries to persons (including Student) and from any other costs, expenses, attorney fees, claims, suits judgments, losses, or liabilities of any and every nature whatsoever arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, out of, in connection with, in the course of, or incidental to Student’s participation in any extra-curricular activity or event, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE OR OF THE JOINT, COMPARATIVE OR CONCURRENT NEGLIGENCE OF THE INDEMNITEES.

I understand that Indemnitees and their personnel, if attending the events, have no supervisory responsibilities in connection with the event or transportation to and from the event, but are present at the event only to answer and assist with problems should they arise. I understand that I am responsible to provide transportation to and from the event and that should any Indemnitee assist in coordinating or facilitating transportation, I hereby release Indemnitees from any liability pursuant to the preceding paragraph and understand and agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall limit Indemnitees’ liability as stated above. This agreement binds Student and my and Student’s siblings, spouse, heirs, assigns, and personal representatives. I am legally authorized to sign on behalf of Student, his/her parents, family members, and any other legal guardian.
