I have received a copy of the “How to Obtain a Building Permit Brochure.” Please note that permits associated with a property transfer will not be issued until transfer stamps are picked up. In addition, no permits will be issued until all citations or fines are paid to the City of Harvey. Commencing work prior to permit issuance may result in extensive fines and citations.

CLEAN UP DEPOSITS MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN ONE YEAR TO AVOID FORFEITURE

AND WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 4-6 WEEKS AFTER THE CITY’S RECEIPT OF THE PERMIT CARD.
