In order to properly publicize this event and share your information, we need to know what you will be serving. Remember to follow the state codes for preparing food and have the proper insurance.
COSTS TO PARTICIPATE
Chamber members cost are $25. Non-Chamber members are $35.
Why do we charge? The Chamber sponsors this event and it’s not free to do so. We know, based on last year, that there will be a huge turnout (with good weather). We also know there was not enough food available to eat and people have been requesting more places to eat! Your charges help us to better promote this event and pay for charges incurred. For that, we thank you.

If you are not a chamber member, please bring your check and form to 628 2nd Street in Webster City by September 1.
If you are serving food in a tailgating group (like Ben from Morning Glory is) your participation is included in the tailgating cost. If you have questions, please just give Deb a call!
We have limited access to electricity and can not guarantee there will be electricity, see Deb for more info.
