  1. County Mandated audit and recommendations
  2. Cash payments to referees
  3. Stop cash on the field w/ no papertrail
  4. Set up checking account so refs receive checks each week or bi-monthly
  5. 1099s if a person makes more than $600 in a year
  6. can investigate an “assigning service” that assigns/pays/does 1099
  7. TRC can do 1099, but program is responsible for tracking payments
  8. Large programs need separate treasurers
  9. All programs must submit budgets by deadline
  10. Fall program budgets are due on MAY 15th!!
  11. Summer camp budgets should be submitted already
  12. Summer/Fall field coordinator – still waiting to hear if Matt Lewandowski can do it
  13. MIA programs
  14. Chess club? Dave will check, but we think it is now run through BCPS club program
  15. Teen drop-in? Dropped, cash reverts to general fund
  16. New Business
  17. Kona Ice
  18. Programs can request Kona Ice to be present at games/events
  19. 20% of gross sales goes to program
  20. Run by retired police officer
  21. Dave will approve locations/no school property
  22. New Website/Registration Provider: Sports Ngin
  23. All program chairs can administer their own pages
  24. Is easy to do and allows lots of options
  25. Registration for first three programs is going well
  26. Refunds can’t be done electronically, must cut checks
  27. Goal is to take new site live on August 1st
  28. Gale offered to help small programs set up their page
  29. THS field closures May 2- Sept. 1st
  30. TRC programs will move to Loch Raven
  31. Updates forthcoming
  32. Fields will be properly seeded, aerated, and watered
  33. Dumbarton Renovation: $27.5M
  34. Parents should begin requesting upgrades to fields and TRC structures
  35. Storage/snack shack, restrooms
  36. Jen encouraged parents of younger kids to initiate dialogue
  37. New summer camps
  38. Basketball camp for girls & boys run by BCPS teachers
  39. Soccer camps run for players and goalies (money to go to Kids for Kenya)
  40. Volleyball camp will move to Towson High and will use new nets
  41. BCRP Report
  42. Reminder that certificates of insurance take 3 wks.
  43. Field permits take 6 wks.
  44. Fall permits should be requested NOW!
  45. Everyone thanked Dave for getting Loch Raven for THS closure
  46. Treasurer’s Report

  48. Dance requested emergency checks for recital this month
