Glint to Lead Workshop on Shared Leadership Accountability for Culture and Employee Engagement at Industry Event

Head of Organizational Development Science Headlines Glint’s Presence at HCI 2016 Employee Engagement Conference; Glint AI-for-HR™ Technology and Customer Case Study Also Featured

Redwood City, Calif. — July 12, 2016 — Glint, the real-time employee engagement platform, today announced it will attend the Human Capital Institute’s 2016 Employee Engagement Conference, held July 19-21 in Denver. During the three-day event, premier sponsor Glint will present two sessions that highlight how employee engagement best practices can positively impact organizational, team, and individual performance. In addition, Glint representatives will be on hand at Booth No. 26 to showcase the latest Glint innovations that help organizations achieve improved employee engagement and business performance.

This year’s conference theme — “Driving an Engaged Culture Through Leadership Accountability” — is a perfect backdrop to highlight Glint’s mission: to help people be happier and more successful at work. Glint is committed to manager empowerment and recently released the industry’s most advanced action planning system, helping managers take action on employee engagement data. Glint will host two sessions at the conference. The first, led by Justin Black, director of Organizational Development Science, is an interactive workshop to help HRprofessionalsalign their organizations’ leadership teams around employee engagement. Attendees will work together to build a shared accountability framework that they can begin to use immediately to boost engagement and achieve performance goals.

Bakst will describe the concrete steps that Vox Media and other well-known companies have taken to reinvigorate their employee engagement programs.
