[JT1]We are adding a new writing proficiency test from ACTFL

[JT2]All students should take ANTH 350 to meet 1.b

[JT3]The ANTH 330 is a mistake - it was supposed to be 350 (see 1.b) All linguistics electives move down to this box.

[JT4]What we intend to do here is require SPAN 339 for all Spanish endorsement students. FR and GER would select options from their own language.

[JT5]We are creating a new class in textual analysis this year that should be required as soon as it is available. We will approve petitions for substitutions as necessary until it's offered.

[JT6]There will be a new undergraduate methods course developed in 2013-14 to replace LING 545/499
