This crisp drinkable IPA is a hop showcase of Falconer Flight, Columbus and Centennials. It starts off with dark hop resins that combine with a spicy citrus note to greet you in the nose. Columbus and Centennials ride on a malt backbone to coat your palate. It’s then dry hopped with Amarillos that deliver a noticeable hop bite and a bright finish that leaves you wanting another sip.

3 –2014 Dark Day CDA: 6.0%ABV 45 IBU $5 pint / $2 taster / $17 Growler / $10 Grenade

Our tribute to the shortest days of the year, this citrusy-resinous, hop forward, malty Cascadian Dark Ale was brewed with roasted cacao nibs and a healthy dose of Brewer’s Gold, Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops. If you’re looking for a hoppy, spicy, chocolaty ale with a smooth, black malt character and gripping hop bitterness, you’ve found your cure.

Warm up with our fiery-hued citrusy Red IPA. Brewed with a blend of Chinook, Citra, Cascade and Amarillo hops, this Red Ale is bursting with fruity-citrus aromas and sweet, mild roasted caramel maltiness that is balanced with a crisp, resinous citrus hop finish. Cheers!

The color of this blond ale belies its rich stout flavor from the addition of over a pound per barrel of Oblique Coffee Roaster’s Yirgacheffe Peaberry and roasted organic cacao nibs. Close your eyes, smell the coffee and drink in sweet cream malts and chocolate roasted malt flavors. Beer and coffee combine and soar in strength of craft of both Brewer and Roaster.

With a little twist on words and style, this Czech Pils-inspired Pale ale employs classic Old World ingredients with an American touch. Built with Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops, our CIA delivers assertive hop aromas, bready malt notes and a lingering spicy-woody hop finish. Na zdraví!

This NW style sour wheat ale was barrel aged for up to 12 months with cranberries, orange peel and cinnamon. Soft aromas of cranberries and light floral notes start this beer off. Tart, dry notes of sweet cranberries with hints of wild strawberries on the palate give way to a pronounced dryness and a lingering finish of cranberries and spice

This beer is a crisp, refreshing wheat beer fermented w/ real raspberries (no extracts or flavorings). Bright tart raspberries greet you in the nose, while sweet raspberries on the palate give way to slight sparkling fresh berry tartness in the finish.

This NW style sour ale is a blend of Wheat and Blond ales that were aged in oak barrels for up to eight months before aging on fresh blueberries for an additional three months. With an extraordinarily warm growing season in 2014, this year’s Blueberry project features beautifully ripened fruit with highly concentrated flavor and intense blueberry aromatics.
