Job Title:Sr. VP, Technology
Description: The incumbent will develop new technology, oversee all project teams in medicinal chemistry and process chemistry department, and explore new business opportunities by working with VP of business development.
Requirement: Ph.D. in organic chemistry with at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the US or Europe in the fields of medicinal or process chemistry and/or manufacture of APIs. Strong leadership skills. Broad organic chemistry knowledge. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Excellent command of both Chinese and English.
Job Title:VP, Business Development
Description: Drive the business by identifying new opportunities for growth and recruiting new clients. Analyze and respond to RFQs. Provide full marketing support for the technical divisions. Manage client relations.
Requirement: Minimum B.S. degree in a scientific discipline with more than 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. MBA and/or business development/marketing experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills.
Job Title:Director to VP, Analytical Development
Description: Lead a group of analytical chemists to provide analytical support to medicinal chemistry and process chemistry department. Support chemical development from R&D through commercial production. Responsible for providing technical guidance in API method development, method validation, stability testing and GMP batch release.
Requirement: Ph.D. in analytical chemistry with at least 5 years of experience of analytical development in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Proven track record of strong leadership and scientific expertise. Knowledgeable of cGMP regulations and ICH guidelines. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
