- Reduced cost is not off-setting decline in 1st class mail
- Pkg services is growing
- Starting 2/23 same day delivery through Amazon including Sunday
- David Martin held quarterly meeting 1/23
- Next meeting 6/23
- All PCC exec members will be invited
- National PCC week 9/8-9/12 instead of 9/15-9/19
- NPF 3/16-3/19 at Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Ctr in National Harbor MD
