SECTION IV – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  I wish to enter the residential college, I pledge incident in education policy and to the composition of communal living and learning environment of the school dormitory and full compliance with the rules and regulations violated to take any punishment.

2.  I promise of vandalism or property loss caused intentionally or negligently, if my dormitory was operated in accordance with the provisions of the damage to restore or pledges to reimburse.

3.  I promise to be responsible for all penalties due to the inability to read the dormitory notice.

4.  I promise for any personnel matters related to personal information (such as address, contact information, record for access card and cctv etc.) for the purpose of management after the incident to get the dormitory to support my pledge is for the sole.

5.  I promise for required additional documents (health certificate, photos, etc.), or documentary evidence at the time of verification to cooperate actively and any penalties consequent upon the non-cooperative dormitory incident (limited), I'll take.

6.  I agree with cancellation of my entrance at residential college for any false personal information provided concerning you and above.

7.  I promise to take all the disadvantages with unpaid residential college fees and will follow the principle for payment deadline.

8.  Facility deposit, the refund will be credited to your account upon departure. Just added or deducted from the security deposit, depending on the severity can be added if the vandalism unauthorized upon vacating deposit refund is not consent.

9.  I agree with untimely mustered and facilities for checking the user without the consent of that can fit in the room.

10.  I agree to be responsible for when unable to be contacted and not receiving announcements due to change of contact detail.

11.  I agree with CCTV installation in the public laundry room for preventing a robbery case. Also, I will recognize that CCTV is recorded when I use public laundry room.

12.  I recognize that there are no CCTVs in the public areas and the incidents of the loss could happen there. Also, I agree that I will pay special attention to personal belongings and I am liable for the loss as well if I don’t keep safely.

13.  The Curfew for Dorm A and Dorm B is 03:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m. Between the hours of 03:00 a.m. and 06:00 a.m., one door for each dorm is accessible.

14.  I agree that the housing office can check the CCTV recording installed in the housing for safety and guidance of residents.
