  3. Blood Drive: need help from 11-1pm. A Google doc will be sent out
  4. Walkathon to end Domestic Violence: at field 4 jones beach. General admission is $5.
  5. Autism Walk – Sunday October 5th, 9:30 am, Jones Beach Field 5. Show up early to park.

  1. Freshman Mixer – Hays Theatre, October 9th, 7 – 9 pm: help and support is encouraged. Food ,pizza, and drinks will be at the event. City café themed with a skyline background on the projector.

  1. Meeting Update : community service walk for breast cancer, Leukemia, and Autism. There are multiple teams for each walk set up already. Recycling effort. Make a wish stars- every team has to sell 20 of them. Dress down days in the sports department- 5 dollars to dress down. Voting on NCAA legislation.
  2. Men’s Basketball Fundraiser – Swirl Bliss Friday October 3rd, 3-8pm on Grand Avenue. There will be shuttle buses from the dorms.

6.  Executive Board Reports

a.  President

  1. Attendance: mandatory to be at all meetings. It was in the election packet. Mandatory events are mandatory for assistants too.
  2. Alcohol Awareness Event: Wilbur lobby from 12-4. Drunk driving and beer goggle simulators.
  3. Molloy 2020: all of government has to choose one day to go. The first one is this Thursday at 3:30pm, the second is Oct. 7th 12:30pm, the third is Oct. 8th at 5pm, the fourth is Oct 16 at 5:30pm. Bogner wants to hear what you like and dislike about Molloy. Some examples of topics are: food, accounting, and online classes.
  4. Happy birthday everyone not this Thursday but next Thursday. Not mandatory but please come. Four different cakes, one for each season. Oct 16Th at 3:30 on the public square patio. Wrapping for the free giveaway is a point. The time of wrapping will be emailed.

b.  Vice President

  1. C101 club treasurers meeting October 2nd. There will be a discussion about all the paperwork treasurers need to use.

Majors minors fair: portable USB drives as a possible giveaway. If anyone knows where to get cheap ones from please let the community service sector know.

We need 3D PR for Halloween party. Like a scary mansion.

All the events that student affairs and MSG are doing needs to be PR’d by everyone. Word of mouth is the best form of PR.

8.  New Business

Penny wars as an easy fundraiser for the senior class. Who ever gets the most pennies has to do something funny at the Mr. Molloy event.

Hanging up stall talk is a point and PR needs help. See Becca F. and Matt M. after the meeting if you want to help.

Keep the white board in the office clean and professional please. No drawings.
