Meeting Notes:
1. Introductions & Roll Call
George Behr, Energy Services Group (EGS Co-Chair) introduced the EDEWG leadership and commenced roll call.
2. Review June Meeting Minutes
The June meeting minutes were not sent out to the list server prior to the call. They will be approved during the August meeting along with these (July) minutes.
3. Draft EDEWG By-laws
PECO submitted comments to the EDEWG leadership. No other comments have been received to date. George Behr, Energy Services Group, will compile comments and distribute documentation to the list server prior to the August meeting.
4. EDEWG & Act 129
George Behr will distribute the updated draft document by July 10th.
5. Eligible Customer List
Kim Wall, PPL, submitted updates to the original ECL spreadsheet. She’ll coordinate and schedule a meeting of the ECL sub-group to review recommended fields in the tentative order. The call will take place in the next week or two. Anyone wishing to participate should contact Kim Wall directly via email to
6. EDI Test Plan
Brandon Siegel, Vertex Business Services, has compiled comments from the Test Plan sub-group and will distribute the updated draft to the list server prior to the August call. Joe Lindsay from Systrends has volunteered to assist by reviewing the draft prior to distribution.
7. EDEWG & PPL Tentative Order
The comment period for the tentative order has closed. The EDEWG will review the final order once issued by the PUC.
8. Other New Business
*Annunciata Marino reminded the group there will be a Smart Metering meeting in Harrisburg on July 16th. EDEWG participation is not mandatory though welcome to attend.
*NAESB Business Practices for Retail Electric and Retail Gas Quadrants have been published.
*The PA PUC Retail Gas Technical Conference has been postponed to late August. Additional details will be provided once available.
*EDI Change Control 56 – PPL EU requested
