STUDENT AFFAIRS ASSISTANT

SUPERVISOR:Gail Reeves

Job Responsibilities: The Office of Student Affairs is seeking a federal work study (FWS) student with previous work experience performing general office or secretarial work, such as filing, answering the phone, processing mail etc. The individuals may work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week depending upon his/her FWS eligibility and availability. The hourly rate for the position is $7.25 per hour. Working hours mayvary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be enrolled Spring semester 2014 and enrolled in at least (6) credit hours.
  • Must be approved for Federal Student Aid for the 2013-2014 award year.
  • Must be eligible to participate in the Federal Work Study program.
  • Must have satisfactory academic progress.
  • Must complete State of Georgia employment paperwork from the Human Resources Office if hired. Paperwork must be completed before student starts work.
