Clairvia AMS Clinical Delivery Consultants (DC) are critical to the successful management of Cerner solutions within healthcare environments. In this role, the Clinical DC is expected to take a consultative approach to an extensive change process by using relationship building skills to develop trust and rapport with clients. Clinical DCs take an active role in application design, behavior change and content management, as well as solution testing and case management of acuity focused solutions. By working with multidisciplinary project teams, the Clinical DC ensures that Cerner solutions reflect best practices and current content for effective use and full appreciation of the Clairvia family of components. • Strong analytic and problem solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, advanced writing ability, and superb presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• RN, current and all previous licensures in good standing
• Experience leading small group sessions, both casual discussions and formal education sessions
• Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Durham, NC
• Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Nursing
• Experience in a client service environment
• Healthcare background
• Technical background (troubleshooting, configuring, etc.)
• Enterprise system administration experience
• Experience as a product trainer or consultant
• Superb knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with Microsoft SQL Server experience
• Project management experience
