Voiceover Demo Submission Form

If you are contacting us for the first time and sending us demo audio, please fill out this form. We appreciate the time you spend completing it. It helps us to carry out a thorough and realistic review of both your audio and suitability for work. It may also help you decide whether you are ready to send us demo audio, and may be a useful exercise to gauge your own marketability. We may contact you for additional audio clips or sample recordings. Please note our website is geared for the UK market and we reserve the right to restrict services/website access when visited from other regions outside of the UK.

You may be sending us audio for the following reasons:

Pay to be featured: Most artists on Voiceovers.co.uk pay an annual fee to be featured. Your contact details will be made available so production companies can contact you direct, if they choose. Before we can offer you a place in our online database, we will review your demo audio and the contents of this completed demo submission form.

Unique artists: We feature a select few voiceover artists on the website with unique language or accent skills for free. For these artists, we coordinate bookings and enquiries and add a booking/arrangement fee based on the job value. Please mark on this form whether you are applying for free entry. Please note this is only applicable if you have a unique language or accent skill.

Offline database: We perform casting for companies, and when our online database is not sufficient to meet specific requirements, we look to our offline database. If you are submitting audio for our offline database, please ensure you highlight your unique abilities. If you have a neutral English accent and do not have your own studio facilities, we’re sorry but our offline database is not open for new applicants.

IMPORTANT: Please type answers in the boxes on the right and save the document ready to email to us. For some questions, we have provided suggested answers, or partial answers. Please DELETE or EDIT as necessary, so that the information on the right hand side is accurate.

Information you provide is for our office use only, and will not be published on the web without asking you first. Your information will not be given to any third party and we are registered with the Data Protection Act.

If you are applying to be featured on our website and you are successful in your application, we will contact you to obtain further information which will be displayed on your profile page with us.
