Official Rules
§ No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize.
§ Two prizes are available to be won. Each prize consists of (i) a $200.00 DeluxeCard® Visa® Gift Card and (ii) five $20.00 DeluxeCard Visa Gift Cards (total average retail prize value is $300.00). Two winners will be selected from among all eligible entries to win a prize. Limit one winner per financial institution branch.
§ To be eligible for the DeluxeCard Visa Gift Card giveaway, you must be an employee acting on behalf of a financial institution who is currently participating in the DeluxeCard Visa Gift Card Program (the Program). Financial institution employees are not eligible to win a prize.
· To enter the Giveaway, call Deluxe to order or reorder your free Program materials at 1-866-363-1083 between April 7 and May 31, 2010 (the Enrollment Period). This is the only method of entry into the Giveaway.
§ Two random drawings will be conducted on oraround May 7, 2010 and June 4, 2010. During each drawing, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to win a prize.
§ Winners will be notified by email or telephone using the contact information provided during their Program order placement and entry into the Giveaway.
§ Deluxe is not responsible for orders not received due to transmission, telephone or equipment failure or other errors, or for late entries or lost, stolen or misused Prizes.
§ Official selections of winners in the prize drawings are determined by Deluxe and are final. Any dispute arising from this promotion will be resolved by Deluxe Program Headquarters. Decisions of the Deluxe Program Headquarters are final.
