ARDFERT RETREAT CENTRE

'Introduction to Focusing Weekend' by Fr. Adrian Farrelly O.P. - Friday 13th, May to Sunday, 15th May - Ardfert Retreat Centre. This weekend is an introduction to Focusing. Focusing is about being able to be present to ourselves by paying attention to how the body is and how it reacts to situations in our lives. It helps us to 'befriend' that which is painful in our lives. Focusing helps us to know and understand ourselves and to accept who we are. Also we will see the connection between Focusing and Spirituality and how we can be aware of the God's presence, how we can experience the peace in the Lord. Contact: 066 7134276.
