Notice Inviting Quotations for Out Door Unit Shooting Equipments
1.Sealed quotations are invited from GST registered original equipment manufacturers/authorized dealers of the following items (Make preferably P.G, Canara, SKB GRIPS). Unit rates may be quoted including GST.
(1)‘C’ Stand double height
(2)‘C’ Stand triple height
(3)Jumbo Stand triple height
(4)Sand Bag
(5)Grip Head
(6)Boom Rod
(7)‘C’ Stand low
(8)Par Stand low
2.Items have to be delivered, and tested at Chitranjali Studio, Thiruvallam, Trivandrum.
3.Quotation shall be enclosed with an EMD Rs. 3,000/- in the form of DD favouring KSFDC Ltd, payable at Thiruvnanthapuram. The EMD of the successful quotationer will be retained till the expiry of the warranty period as security deposit.
4.Minimum one year warranty to be provided wherever applicable.
5.The last date of receipt of quotation in 3 PM on 14/11/17. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 4 PM in the presence of available quotationers.
6.KSFDC reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
7.Delivery shall be arranged within 10 days from the date of confirmed P.O.
8.Payment will be against supply and testing of items covered under quotation.
9.If needed prior demonstration of items before acceptance of quotation may be arranged by the quotationer.
10.A copy of this quotation notice may be enclosed with the quotation duly signed and stamped with seal as acceptance of the terms & conditions by the quotationer.
11.Quotation may be submitted on plain paper or letter head with all inclusive rates, taxes, specifications, warranty period, make etc. The product catalogue also may be attached.
12.List of clients may be enclosed.
13.Quoted rates shall remain firm a minimum of 6 months.
14.Quotation in sealed cover superscribed “Quotation for Out Door Shooting

5)Original equipment manufactures or their authorised dealers only are eligible to quote.
6)The selected OEM/Dealer should deposit 5% of the quoted amount with KSFDC as security deposit to cover the clause of warranty during defect liability period. If needed, EMD amount shall be adjusted against Security Deposit and balance amount only to be remitted.
7)The last date of receipt of quotation is 3 PM on 14/11/17. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 4 PM in the presence of available suppliers.
8)KSFDC reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason whatsoever.
9)Delivery and completion of period of installation will be 7 days from the date of issuance of purchase order.
10)Payment will be against supply and installation of items covered under quotation.
11If needed prior demonstration of item before acceptance of quotation may be arranged by the quotationer.
