BANQUET

Don’t miss the new and improved Annual 1st WI Banquet and awards ceremony. This year the banquet will be on Saturday January 25th at Arizona’s in Chippewa Falls. The events will start at 5:00 P.M. with a cocktail hour and an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and play a few games of chance. At the November board meeting we decided to purchase many more top quality raffle prizes for this years banquet. Our goal is to rejuvenate the banquet and get some extra excitement back into this grand event. Supper will be at 6:15. As always the club awards will be given out along with many fish stories from 2002.

The special early bird drawing will be for those who purchase their banquet tickets before 1/13/03. If you do not purchase early bird tickets you still must make reservations before Monday the 20th of January; contact Joe Heil 715-839-7089.

Merchandise chairman Chuck Spletter has 2003 Muskie Inc calendars for sale. These new calendars are not a raffle but have great photos and a list of up coming events in M.I.. It will also have moon phases and prime times for fishing and hunting. They will make a great Christmas present at only $12.00 a piece. And to make it even better the local chapter will be retaining a portion of each calendar sold.

Chuck also has Jackets shirts, hats and many other M.I. merchandise for sale. See all the great merchandise at the next meeting or at the banquet.

The club is planning to move the summer meetings around to different bodies of water this year. Come to the next meeting and add your requests for where we should go!
