· Monday, Jan. 20 Show barn opens at 6am. Poultry check in from 7am-8:30am. Poultry show starts at 9am. Rabbits check in from 2pm-4pm. Rabbit show starts at 5pm Market Hogs arrive from 12 noon – 6pm. Weight Cards MUST be turned in by 7pm
· Tuesday, Jan. 21 Show barn opens at 6am. Breeding Gilt arrival 7am to 8am. Gilt registration paperwork to be checked at the time of offload. Breeding Gilt show starts at 9am.
Market Hog show starts at the conclusion of the Gilt show NOT prior to 11am. ALL Hogs out of the barn by 10pm.
· Wednesday, Jan 22 Market Lambs, Goats, and Cattle move in 12 noon-6pm.
Market Lambs and Goats weight cards MUST be turned in by 7pm
· Thursday, Jan. 23 Show barn opens at 6am. Market Lamb show starts at 8am.
Market Steer classification 10am. Market Steer weight cards MUST be turned in by 11am.
Market Goat show starts at the conclusion of the Lamb show NOT prior to 2pm. All Lambs and Goats out of the barn by 10pm
· Friday, Jan. 24 Heifers must be in place by 8am. Check Heifer registration papers at 9am.
Heifer show starts at 10am Steer show at 3pm
· Saturday, Jan. 25 Premium sale begins at 1pm in the Show Barn
· Sunday, Jan. 26 Show barn teardown- 1pm until complete
