Team event: BOYS: teams of 3 players, a 4th player is allowed in the doubles,
System of play: 6 singles (and 1 doubles in the second stage if 3-3)
GIRLS: teams of 2 players, a 3rd player is allowed in the doubles,
System of play: 4 singles (and 1 doubles in the second round if 2-2)
The first stage is played in two rounds each in groups of 3 or 4 teams. The second stage stage is a KO-system with a losersround, each place awarded by a final duel. In this way each team will play 6 or 7 games.
Singles event: separate series for the 10 different categories.
If there are enough entries, the first round will also be played in groups off 5 or 6 players. In the second stage all the players will be placed directly for the final draw in a knock-out –system. The results off the groups will be used to make this final draw.
On Saturday evening 14/05/16 from 20 h DIEHARDS EVENT
Tournament for leaders, workers and everybody born in 1994 or earlier.
Entry can be made before or during the IYC, not later then Saturday 14/05/16 at 19h30.
REGISTRATION-FEE: 25 EURO per player, for all categories.
5 EURO per player in DIEHARDS event
PRIZES: bowls, trophies, and medals
EVERY PARTICIPANT RECIEVES A TOURNAMENT T-SHIRT "FREE"

* A player can only play in one team
* Each player is allowed to enter in one category , his own or the one just higher than his own.
* All matches are played according to ITTF rules.

Entries will be expected lastly the 1 May 2016, only by e-mail. This concerns both the entries of the club and the number of teams, and the individual information.

As before all registration-fee can be paid in advance or at the arrival by cash money. You will receive by e-mail a bill a few days before the tournament starts.
When bookings for hotel or Molenheide, there has to be an advance payment by bank.

(our costs to organise the camping at Beukenhof are growing every year, that’s why we
had to improve the prize per person, 10 € for the whole weekend is still not expensive ! )
