Honda NorthAndCare Dimensions Raise $18,000
For Walk For Hospice At Annual Party Last Week
Danvers, Massachusetts - (September 13, 2016): Honda North, a member of the International Cars, Ltd. family of dealerships, hostedthe annual Walk for Hospice Party on Thursday, September 8, 2016. The evening, co-hosted by Danvers based Care Dimensions, drew over 200 people to the Danvers auto dealership and raised over $18,000 to support the upcoming Walk for Hospice scheduled for October 2, 2016 at St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers.
Friends, employees,and North Shore residents sampled a wide variety of dishes and cocktails from numerous localrestaurants, and at the same time, participated ina live/silentauction and raffle. The funds will help underwrite programming not covered by insurance, including grief counseling; pain management for adults and children through palliative care programs; and complementary therapies including massage, pet, music, and Reiki.
