The registration fee covers the following:

  1. One non-student registration covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author.
  2. A student registration may only cover ONE accepted paper. An additional US$300 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
  3. 1 Conference bag, 1 CD Proceedings, 1 reception ticket, and 1 banquet ticket. Drinks and food served at the tea-breaks are also free to all registered attendees.
  4. Additional lunch tickets MAY also be provided, depending on the availability of sponsorship.
  5. For papers with more than 6 pages, the author needs to pay US$225/page for the extra pages to be in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore database.

  • 50% of the paid registration fee will be returned (after deduction of any related transaction fees) if the cancellation is made on/before October 31, 2011.
  • No refund will be given if cancellation is made after October 31, 2011.
