Dear Del Sur Residents,

Please see the following updates.

DEL SUR RESIDENTS: Please Keep a Lookout for Suspicious Persons - We received a report from a resident at Prado, that yesterday evening two individuals (one male and one female) knocked on her door claiming to be representatives of AT&T. These individuals were wearing AT&T shirts and claimed that they were sent by the HOA to check things out. This office would not send out a representative of any company to your home without your approval and consent. If you notice these individuals, please call the police immediately. Please be careful of strangers knocking on your door!

Community Updates

  1. With the drought restrictions in place we are noticing the potable water areas continuing to stress. The landscapers are doing everything they can to provide extra watering while on site. The areas showing the most stress are the turf areas.
  2. Those homes with creeping red fescue parkways are scheduled for patching once the weather cools off. With the extreme heat we have been experiencing we would run a high risk of new turf patching not to surviving. We appreciate your patience during this time.
  3. Please continue to report any landscape issues to management. Thank you.
