Job Purpose

/ To manage, optimise and grow key partnerships and to develop a multichannel sports marketing strategy.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities

/
  • Responsible for Rank’s partnership strategy, establishing the vision and objectives against allocated budget.
  • Responsible for managing key partnerships and sponsorships for the Digital business to hit brand and acquisition KPIs, including awareness and consideration and new depositing player volumes.
  • Responsible for sourcing and on-boarding partnerships and sponsorships that support Rank’s marketing strategy and goals, working commercially to secure funding where needed.
  • Responsible for setting a clear sports multichannel marketing strategy that leverages from sponsorships/partnerships as well as the sports calendar to deliver digital KPI successes.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure content marketing, social media and other digital marketing supports and realizes the opportunity in sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Managethe Marketing relationship with relevantinternal departments, including the Sports product team and the Operations department to ensure Marketing supports the Sport product and roadmap.
  • Accountable for reporting sponsorship/partnership and sports marketing to the Head of Marketing or delegated nominee and to the Business, including working with supporting teams to provide the necessary insight and analysis to drive an ROI from sponsorship/partnership investments.

Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications / Successful candidate will need to have the following:
  • Have experience and expertise in managing large sponsorships
  • Demonstrable track record of marketing sports betting
  • Highly commercially aware, able to create viable plans and drive performance
  • Exceptional communicator with proven/demonstrable skills in articulating complex ideas and requirements to range of teams and seniorities within the business.
