Back Flip

Challenge: Place pencils on the back of the hand in increments of 2, (up to 12) and flip them off your hand and catch them with the same hand. Time to beat: 27 seconds

Supplies: 24 Pencils

Rules:

1.  Pencils are placed on the back of the hand 2 at a time, with erasers all facing the same direction

2.  Players cannot add more pencils until they have caught all of the pencils already on the hand

3.  To complete the game, players must catch 2, 4,6, 8, 10 and finally 12 pencils at a time

Breakfast Scramble

Challenge: Assemble the front of a cereal box that has been cut into 16 even pieces. Time to Beat: 39 seconds

Supplies: Cereal Box(es)

Prep Work: Cut the front panel of several cereal boxes into 16 even pieces and place each type into a bag

Rules:

1.  Players begin with 16 identical pieces of a cereal box face down on the table

2.  When the timer starts, players turn over all pieces

3.  Players assemble pieces to recreate the original box front

4.  Players win by completing the box

Bridge the Gap

Challenge: Using only one deck of cards, build a bridge that can support an empty cards box over a gap between two books. Time to Beat: 58 seconds

Supplies: 4 thick books, ruler

Rules:

1.  Place the 2 thick books 11 inches apart on a table. Remove cards from the box and set the box aside.

2.  When the timer starts, players can begin building the bridge of cards.

3.  To complete the game, players must have built a bridge that will support the box of playing cards in the middle.

Candelier

Challenge: Stack 5 levels of cans in an inverted pyramid, starting with a single can on the bottom and finishing with 5 cans on the top, with paper plates in between each level. Time to Beat: 45 seconds

Supplies: 15 empty cans (recommend soda cans with no tabs) and 4 paper plates per team.

Rules

1.  The game begins with 15 cans to the left of the building surface and 4 paper plates to the right of the building surface.

2.  To complete the game, players must have stacked all 5 levels with a paper plate in between each level and 5 cans on the top level.

Candy Elevator

Challenge: Use an “elevator” made from 2 pencils and string to lift 3 M&Ms into the mouth. Time to beat: 22 seconds.

Supplies: 2 pencils, 2 Pieces of String per team, 1 bag M&Ms

Rules:

1.  Place the pencils side by side and tie them together at each end with string. Place 3 M&Ms in the middle of the pencils and place each loose string over each ear.

2.  Raise the pencil elevator by pulling one string with the right and the other with the left hand.

3.  If the candy falls at any time, the player loose.

4.  Players win by getting all 3 candies into their mouths

Dizzy Mummy

Challenge: Unwind a roll of toilet paper onto your body by executing a series of 360° turns. Time to beat: 27 seconds

Supplies: 1 Roll of toilet paper and 1 dowel or toilet paper holder/ team

Rules:

1.  With the toilet paper on a holder, player holds the end of the toilet paper in one hand and spins to the toilet paper collects over the arms.

2.  If the toilet paper fully tears off, the game is over. Player must keep both fists closed at all times

3.  To complete the game, player must remove all toilet paper not glues to the roll within 60 seconds

Double Trouble

Challenge: Using 1 hand, bounce 2 balls at the same time so that they land in 2 separate cups at the same time. Time to Beat: 60 seconds

Supplies: Container of Ping Pong Balls, 2 cups (recommend heavier plastic)

Rules:

1.  Set 2 cups 2.5 inches apart, 3 feet back from the throwing line

2.  When the clock starts, players may use both hands to pick up and position ping pong balls into their throwing hand

3.  To complete the game, players must toss both ping pong balls in a single throw, with a single hand, so that they land in the two glasses at the same time after 1 bounce

Face the Cookie

Challenge: Using only the face, move cookies from the forehead to the mouth. Time to Beat: 52 seconds

Supplies: 1 package oreos/ other cookies, chair

Rules:

1.  When the clock starts, the seated player may grab the first cookie and place it on the forehead.

2.  The player will stretch and scrunch their face in an effort to move the cookie down to their moth. If the cookie falls, a player may reset an intact cookie on the forehead and re-attempt.

3.  To win, the player must successfully move 3 cookies from their forehead to their mouth before the time expires

Johnny Applestack

Challenge: Stack 5 apples on top of each other. Time to Beat: 40 seconds

Supplies: at least 5 large apples, table

Rules:

1.  When the clock starts, player may begin stacking apples

2.  Player may not attempt to alter the apples in any way

3.  To complete the game the player must stack 5 apples on top of each other so they remain freestanding for 30 seconds

4.  Other players may not attempt to knock over the stack

Keep it Up

Challenge: Use only your breath to keep feathers in the air for 60 seconds. Time to beat: 52 seconds

Supplies: at least 2 feathers per player

Rules

1.  When the clock starts, player may release 2 feathers and blow them into the air

2.  If the feathers touch the ground or any part of the players body the game is over

3.  To win, players must use only their breath to keep both feathers aloft for 60 seconds
