- Dealt with incoming online and phone generated leads and assisted our clients in finding flexible office space across the UK and in Spain, where I utilised my fluent Spanish to liaise with both prospective tenants and landlords.
- Translated the website into Spanish, ensuring that the homepage, links, centre listings, company information and contact page are consistent with the English version whilst being suitably tailored for the Spanish market.
- Consistently hit monthly sales target including three months in a row over 150% of revenue target.
- Promoted to Sales Manager and transferred to Sydney office after 16 months at Instant in London.

July 2001 – Received a grant from Instituto Camões to study intensive Portuguese course at Faculdade de Letras, Universidade de Lisboa (summer course, advanced level). Passed with an A grade.
