/ Step 1. Accessing the service request systemUsing a web browser navigate to the following address:
http://aaancnu.myworksite.com
On the welcome page you can choose which department to send your request to: Facility or Security.
Select the appropriate department from the dropdown option box on the welcome screen.
/ Step 2. Logging in to make a request
The system administrator for AAA NCNU will provide you with a user name and password. On the login page simply enter your user name and password as provided and click the login button to access the system.
Note: User names and passwords are case-sensitive. For Security Requests, please note the “s” at the end of your username, which is required to submit a Security work request.
/ Step 3. Entering request details
Start the online form by selecting the problem category. Once a category is chosen the form will refresh with a sub-category option.
Choose the sub category for the problem you are reporting. A text description of the sub category will also appear depending on the sub category chosen. Some sub categories do not have text descriptions.
Choose the building where the request is being reported.
If you wish to receive a completion confirmation at an email address other than the one associated with your user account, fill in the email address field.
Attach any forms or files necessary by clicking on the Attach Files link.
Enter the description of your request. Be sure to note the necessary information requested in the sub category description.
Click “Submit” when complete.
/ Your request is now submitted and you will be presented with a confirmation page.
Press the “Back” button to return to the request page to enter a new request if necessary.
/ Step 4. Tracking Requests
If you wish to review requests previously entered into the request system, from the request entry form press the “Track” button.
/ The web page will refresh and display previously submitted requests.
Note: Tracking requests will display all Submitted and In Process requests as well as any completed request that is less than 45 days old.
Using the tracking option you can see the status of the request, when it was submitted, as well as the description of the request.
To review comments by the facilities or securities department, click on the description link to open the request details.
/ By opening the request details, you’ll be able to read updates to the request from the facilities or security department, depending on which department you’re logged into. You can also add additional comments yourself by entering them in the Add Comments box and clicking “Submit”. This will also notify the appropriate department than your request has been updated with new information.
