- Designed and developed a solution for City Hall to manage citizen requests which entailed the ability to view the details of ticket, modify the current status and re-assign the ticket to another person. The application also allowed the user to email the ticket with a custom message and allowed for attachments to be added on. Used JQuery for DOM Manipulation, AJAX, LINQ and Telerik Controls.
- Designed and developed an application for General Services that allowed for a user to enter in a Service Request which generated a Work Order for a particular asset in the building that needed repair. The application allowed the user to drill down to the location of the asset inside the building and enter details pertaining to that piece of equipment. This was designed using MVC4, Datatables.js, AJAX, Bootstrap and strict OOP principals.
