Climate World-2012, the 8th International Specialized Exhibition forventilation, air conditioning and heating systems aswell asrefrigeration equipment was successfully held at the Expocentre Fairgroundson March 12-15, 2012.
The exhibition was organized by the «Euroexpo» exhibition company and Russian Association of Climate Industry professionals (APIC).
In 2012 the project was realized with the support of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federationand the International industrial cooperation Center of UNIDO in Russia as well as National Association of Designers (NOP), National Association of Builders (NOSTROY) and National Association of self-regulatory organizations in sphere of energy inspection (NP NOE).
Company GREE Electric Appliances Inc. of Zhuhai has become an Official Sponsor of the event, Camfil Farr company- a Sponsor of the exhibition and ZANUSSI brand - a Sponsor of Visitor Registration.
Leading Russian and foreign equipment manufacturers and distributors, construction and engineering companies, specialized mass media, branch associations and unions took part in the exhibition. This year the show-floor exceeding 24,000 sq. m accommodated more than 350 companies from 26 countries: Australia, Byelorussia, Belgian, Germany, India, Jordan, Italy, Canada, China, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, USA, Turkey, Ukraine, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia, Japan. Once again the project Climate World proved itself the most significant industry event in Russia. This year fair edition has become the most successful one, setting new records in terms of exhibition space and the number of participants. At 4 days the Show has been attended by 25000 specialistsfrom the Russian regions, CIS countries and abroad. Visitors noted a lot of new exhibiting companies and the latest industry achievements and innovations demonstrated by different manufacturers. Properly decorated stands, displayed equipment and welcoming personnel invited up for business discussion.
Theprogram of business relatedevents featured a number of arrangements with unique contents and compositions that enabled the experts to get the relevant information at first hand, to learn about the HVACR market prospects as well as the future legislative changes.
One of the central events this year was the IV International Congress “Energy efficiency. Century XXI. Engineering methods to reduce energy consumption of buildings” held March 13-14 within the business program of the exhibition "Climate World". The Congress was organized by National Association of self-regulatory organizations in sphere of energy inspection, Non-commercial Partnership ABOK Northwest, Association of Professional Companies in Industry of Climate (APIC) and Consortium “Logika-Teploenergomontazh” with the support of Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Public national organization "Business Russia", National Association of Builders (NOSTROY) and Designers (NOP) and the Russian Energy Agency (REA).
The Congress brought together construction and design experts, engineers, energy-auditing firms’ specialists as well as representatives of administrative and government authorities. It is the perfect place to engage in a constructive dialogue to explore new approaches to energy saving and efficiency, to interchange of experience of energy-efficient solutions’ development and integration and in the field of energy inspection. The event focuses on updating and compiling relevant information on the legislative activities, information base, self-regulation and advancement of energy-efficient and energy-saving technologies.
More about the Congress
The Conference on the regulation of ozone-depleting substances in the Russian the Federation, arranged by United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Global Environment Facility (GEF) and Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation was held on March 14, 2012.
The Conference was attended by the representatives of Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, RF Ministry of Defense, RF Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Customs Service of Russia, Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage and the other concerned federal executive bodies as also by the managers, consultants and experts of the UNIDO project on the regulation of ozone-depleting substances in the Russian Federation. Russian and foreign scientific men, chiefs of industry associations and the companies engaged in the field of air conditioning, ventilation, heating and refrigeration, producers of refrigerant coolants (HaloPolymer, DuPont, Honeywell and others) as well as everybody interested in professional discussion and solving of the problem took part in the event.
The business program also comprisedtheGeneral Meetings of the APIC and NP ISZS-Montazh members, Meeting of the Technical Committee for Standardization 061 “Ventilation and Air Conditioning” and the exhibitors’ presentations.
The participants who for some reason could not be present at the arrangements were provided with on-line broadcasting service which enabled interactive participation in the exhibition program.
