BIRDS
Our bird project at school has been going extremely well and at our Big Schools’ Birdwatch we found that we now have ten times as many birds as we had in September!
If you feed birds and would like to tell us approximately how many of each type of bird you have in your garden, the eco-committee would love to hear from you. The results will be collated and displayed on the eco noticeboard.
In conjunction with St Macartan’s PS, Clogher, we were successful in acquiring a £2600 grant from the Challenge Fund to help fund the bird project. St Macartan’s pupils will visit Carntall on 5 March to view the work done and P5-7 pupils from Carntall will return the visit on the afternoon of 12 March.
CASH FOR CLOBBER
The eco-committee would like to ask you to help with the Cash for Clobber scheme again this year. A bag will be sent home for your unwanted clothes etc. Please return the bag/s to school byMonday 23 March. Thank you in anticipation.

We hope a representative from the charity will be present.
