2018 SAC COUNTY ENTRY FORM – LIVESTOCK

1.  Please include stall & pen fees with your entry blank. Please make your check payable to the Sac County Fairboard and return your entry form along with your check to:

Sac County Extension, 620 Park Ave, Sac City, IA 50583 by Monday, July 2, 2018.

2.  Please fill out and enter your exhibit/s in the correct division and class; also list exact number of head entered in each class.

3.  Please list exact number of livestock you are bringing, number of pens, & stalls desired. NO TACK STALLS!!

4.  Fees: Per pen for beef, sheep & swine $5.00 Per pen for horses $8.00. (to cover the cost of the woodchips)

Fan tags $1.50.

5. SWINE ONLY – a $5 deposit per head is required and WILL BE refunded if the number of animals on the entry matches the number of animals brought to the fair with a 2 head leeway. Checks need to be made to Sac County Fairboard. (Example: 10 head entered on entry form but only 2 head come to the fair, $50 deposit is required and will not be refunded)

I agree to be at the Livestock Clean Up on Sunday, July 29th from 7:30-8:30am to clean up my stall and help clean up the perspective livestock barn that my animals have been housed in. If I am not at the Livestock Clean Up and DO NOT help clean up the stall and barn I will be charged a $150 clean up fee by the Sac County Fairboard!
