WHEREAS, The Lewis County Assessor has received the following applications under RCW Chapter 84.34 and the Lewis County Public Benefit Rating System Ordinance, codified under Lewis County Code (LCC) 3.50 to:

WHEREAS, the Lewis County Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing on March 24, 2015 and following that hearing did recommend to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) that the above four properties be designated as Open Space and allowed assessed value reduction benefits; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC must approve such recommendations for designation and assessed value reductions; and

WHEREAS, the BOCC approves said recommendation as being in the best public interest, and herewith incorporates the findings and the recommendations of the Public Benefit Rating Committee and Planning Commission as its own;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the said applications for designation of the aforesaid properties as Open Space, consistent with LCC 3.50 and recommended assessed value reductions are approved subject to the requirements of State law and the County Assessor.
