Dear Mr Baker,

RE: FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION - BOX JUNCTIONS

I am writing with regard to the information you requested under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and received in this department on the 18th of October 2016.

Information Requested

For the period 1st April 2015 to 30th September 2016, please provide the daily on-street logs grouped by date for each MEV paid for by the Council. The logs should show:

1)The vehicle registration number

2)Location

3)Start time/end date

4)PCNs issued

1)

There are two MEVs paid for by the Council - KR13 JWW and KR13 XKE.

2 & 3)

I am unable to comply with your request as to do so would involve more than 18 hours

of time in identifying, locating and retrieving information in order to attempt to provide the

information requested. Everything located would then need to be checked to ensure it fulfils

the information request criteria and is not covered by any exemption.

I am therefore declining your request on costs grounds under section 12 of FOIA as I estimate

that the cost of complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit of £450.

4)

KR13 XKE has Automatic Number Plate Recognition with the main purpose of identifying

vehicles who do not have a valid permit to park in controlled parking zones. It does not issue

PCNs as these are done live by various Enforcement Officers

Please find the data for KR13 JWW:

EXEMPTIONS
