RULES for Parade entries:

§  PARADE BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 10:00 A.M. Floats and larger units will need to be at your designated location at 9:00 a.m. Marching units and cars should be at the designated location by 9:30 a.m.

§  Place your group’s name on your float or vehicle, visible from both sides.

§  NO CANDY OR ITEMS WILL BE THROWN FROM ANY PARADE UNIT. You may hand out candy/items to bystanders.

§  The “Original” Santa will be at the end of the parade. DO NOT place Santa’s on your float.

§  Please be reminded that this is a family friendly festival. All music must be G-rated. All dress and behavior must be appropriate and not offensive to all ages of our viewing families.

§  If your group is performing in the parade and you need to stop several times during the parade to perform, be sure that your performance does not cause a back-up of the units following you or leave a large space in the parade procession. Stops of 30 seconds or longer are excessive delays of the parade progress.

§  Booths will open at 8:00 a.m. You can arrive for booth set up any time and assistants will be on hand in the parking lot to direct you to your booth number at 7:00 a.m.

§  If your booth requires electricity, there is a $10.00 charge for electricity, for 1 outlet plug (NO POWER STRIPS ALLOWED!). Violators will lose all electrical sources for the remainder of the festival. Personal generators are allowed if you need more than one plug/outlet.
