WE WISH YOU A HAPPY 2016!!

As we enter the New Year, please welcome your 2016 Boulder Ridge Greens Board of Directors as noted above. Please feel free to contact any board member for questions or issues you might have.

We also wish to send a huge “Thank You!” to Kathleen Ricketts who had served on the Board of Directors for the Greens for many, many years. Her time, talent and association knowledge has been a value to anyone who is reading this article.

We do want to thank everyone who participated in the November 2015 Annual Property Owners’ meeting at the Lake in the Hills Village Hall. Please keep in mind for the future that if you cannot attend the annual meeting, sharing your proxy with a neighbor who is attending or a board member is of the utmost importance so that we can have the necessary quorum to move matters along.

If we don’t have your email address, please share it with Diane LaCalamita at so we can reach you with timely information about our community; this could be lost dogs, police issues, construction information etc. We promise never to share your email address. Street Striping? Or Not?

As you might have noticed by now, the Boulder Ridge Property Owners Association (the Master Assn.) had arranged for the installation of traffic calming striping within the main streets of the Estate area. This striping is designed to help slow down traffic and to give those walking and riding bikes in the area a safer area to walk and ride. The Boulder Ridge Greens Board of Directors would like your feedback on whether or not you feel we should consider the same for the wider, high traffic areas within our Greens section. Please share your thoughts by sending an email to Diane LaCalamita at r if you are not a computer user, please call Diane at 847-594-2028. If no answer, feel free to leave a message with your name, address and whetheror not you wish to see the striping in our area.

Parking Regulations: Avoid getting a ticket! Please remember that parking overnight on the streets is always prohibited during the hours of 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. year round. Parking is also prohibited in the streets after 1” of snowfall until all the necessary salting/snow removal has been completed. Violators will be ticketed by the Lake in the Hills Police Department.

Boulder Ridge Greens 2016 Board Meetings have yet to be scheduled; please visit our websiteboulderridgegreens.com for this information to be posted soon. Residents are always welcome to attend.
